FAQ
Which links are supported?
Public Instagram Reels, posts (including photo carousels), and Stories from public accounts. Private accounts and profile/hashtag pages aren't supported — paste a link to a single Reel, post, or story.
Why can't I download a Story?
Stories are only ever visible to an account's followers while logged in, and expire after 24 hours — they can't be fetched anonymously. A story link only works if the server operator has configured a logged-in session.
Is this legal?
Only download content you own, have permission to use, or that's covered by fair use / Instagram's own terms. Respect creators' copyright — this tool is meant for personal backups and content you're authorized to save, not redistribution.
Why did fetching fail?
The link may be private, region-locked, or removed, or Instagram may be temporarily rate-limiting requests. Double-check it opens in a normal browser first, then try again in a minute.
